    Weather update

It's more bad news I'm afraid folks.

With it continuing to drizzle here in SW19, the latest is no play before 12:15pm... and even that feels ambitious.

We may well not have a ball struck until Coco Gauff and Anca Todoni get underway on No1 Court at 1pm.

    Meet Emma Navarro

Emma Navarro is the billionaire tennis star set to make her Centre Court debut this afternoon.

The 19th seed at this year's Wimbledon Championships, Navarro will take on four-time Major champion Naomi Osaka in a hotly-anticipated second round battle.

Navarro, 23, is an emerging force on the WTA Tour, sitting at a career high ranking of No17 in the world.

Earlier this year she won her first tour level title, beating Elise Mertens to triumph in Hobart in January.

She has also earned a cool $1,074,546 (£850k) in prize money so far this year - although this figure is dwarfed by her family's existing wealth.

The talented 5ft 7in star is the daughter of American tycoon Ben Navarro.

As per Forbes, Ben is worth a staggering $1.5bn (£1.2bn) - more than Roger Federer $550m (£434m), Novak Djokovic $240m (£189m) Rafael Nadal $220m (£174m) combined.

    Jabeur on unusual surroundings

Two-time former finalist Ons Jabeur learned late on last night that her match would be moved Court 14, among Wimbledon's smallest.

The Tunisian, 29, didn't seem to mind her modest surroundings, easily dispatching of Japan's Moyuka Uchijama 6-3 6-1.

On Court 14, she said: "It's such a beautiful court, I enjoyed seeing a lot of people.

"Yeah, maybe sometimes when we play on big courts, not everybody gets the chance to see us play. That was actually very nice to play on Court 14.

"It was cozy, you know? For the first time, I think I can hear what my coach was saying to me, which I couldn't pretend that I didn't hear this time."

    Iga Swiatek on dream dinner

World No1 Iga Swiatek has revealed which three tennis stars from yesteryear she most like to eat dinner with.

The Pole, 23, said after her round one win over Sofia Kenin: "For sure Steffi Graf. I would love to talk to her and meet her, share some experiences.

"Also I think Maria Sharapova, 'cause we never really talked because she kind of retired when I was still going up.

"And I feel like she made some good decisions off the court in terms of her business, and she handled everything well. You can kind of take example from her.

    "And Serena."

Trying to explain his concerning behaviour, the Russian said: "I would not do it if I was able to hit the racquet on the floor. Because we're not allowed to hit them with the grass.

"But thanks, everything is fine. Again, I was a bit lucky."

    Novak Djokovic on The Rocket

The Serbian superstar has admitted that he is a fan of Ronnie O'Sullivan, after the snooker legend watched him play on Centre Court yesterday.

Speaking about The Rocket, Djokovic said: "I'm his fan. I watch snooker just because of him. I watched when I was a kid. Honestly, I watched him play many years ago.

"My father loved watching snooker. I only watched Ronnie. Whenever he would not play, I would not watch. We just had a meet-up, an interaction for the first time. It was great.

"He was one of the sport greats I used to watch when I was a kid. It was really nice to have him around. Hopefully we're able to play some snooker 'cause I'm really bad at snooker.

"I'm okay at pool or billiard, but snooker, I tried it twice, and it's really, really tough.

"Yeah, it's amazing. He's a really, really nice person, nice guy, and very funny."

    Katie Boulter on Dart test

British No1 Katie Boulter has admitted that it will be "tough" to face compatriot Harriet Dart on Thursday.

Both women booked their places in round two tomorrow with straight sets victories.

Speaking about her Battle of Britain test next up, Boulter said: "Absolutely. For me, every single match counts. I think we both know each other's games inside-out, back-to-front at this point. We've played so many matches.

"But I do have to draw on the last things that I have played with her and use that to my advantage in the next round. I think it's going to be extremely tough.

"I have a lot of respect for her on this surface. It's one of her favourite ones. This is actually her home club. She's been here since she was a tiny tot with her mum.

"Yeah, I know she's grown up here. I know how tough it's going to be. I think it's exciting. You have two Brits here who are playing some very good tennis.

"Yeah, she's someone that's going to make it very hard for me. I'm going to have to bring my A game."

    That's all from day two

With Danielle Collins' round one clash with Clara Tauson being suspended for bad light at 6-3 4-4, that's it from day two at this year's Wimbledon Championships.

The day began with the bombshell news that Andy Murray had withdrawn from the singles event due to his back injury, although he did confirm that he will play doubles with his brother Jamie.

We have had plenty of British success to enjoy, however, with Jacob Fearnley, Cameron Norrie, Jack Draper, Katie Boulter and Harriet Dart all triumphant.

The likes of Novak Djokovic, Iga Swiatek, Elena Rybakina and Ons Jabeur all began their respective campaigns with wins.

But defending women's champion Marketa Vondrousova shockingly crashed out to Jessica Bouzas Maneiro - become the first to do so at Wimbledon in 30 years.

Keep it here for more coverage of this year's Championships, with the likes of Emma Raducanu, Jannik Sinner, Carlos Alcaraz and Coco Gauff all set to be in action tomorrow.

    Play suspended on Court 12

Dan Evans has now gotten his way on Court 12, with play suspended at 6-2 to 3-3 to Tabilo.

Wearing a knee brace following his recent injury at Queen's, Evans was never a happy figure on the slick Court 12 turf.

At the end of the first set, which he lost 6-2, the 34-year-old accused the supervisor of "not caring about the players".

Evans, despite being the home player, found himself heckled and wound up by Tabilo's sizeable support.

Upon play being suspended at 3-3 in the second set, Evans fist pumped towards his team - he will regroup and look to come back tomorrow.

Interestingly, they are still playing on some other outside courts.

    Dan Evans kicks off

Trailing Alejandro Tabilo 6-2 2-2, things are not going well for Dan Evans.

The Brit, 34, recovered from a knee injury suffered at Queen's to be fit in time for Wimbledon.

He had been scheduled to play on No2 Court, but due to earlier rain delays found his match moved to Court 12 in fading light, despite No1 Court, which has a roof, being vacant.

At 5-2 down in the first set, Evans complained about the state of the court, while he also appeared to have a complaint with Tabilo's team.

The Brummy seemed to ask his opponent to have a word with his team, although when the Chilean went over to them he wore a smirk.

He also asked to see the supervisor regarding the court, and when he did at the end of the set, which he lost 6-2, he blasted: "I'm not willing to play on this court when it's wet. Again Remy, you don't care about the players."
